No. The planned next-business-day benefit covers up to 10 qualifying accepted Full DD parcel reports per active paid member per Pacific weekday when staff confirm capacity. All paid membership tiers get equal priority. Saturdays and Sundays are not covered. One-time packs never become subscriptions; even a 25-report monthly plan does not promise 25 next-day reports. Need additional expedited capacity? Email hello@landopsdesk.com for a separately confirmed arrangement. Existing qualifying purchases retain their applicable earlier promises. Title Search has no 24-hour promise.
Yes. While the membership is active and paid, members will be able to buy one extra Full DD at their plan's per-report rate or repeat one-time 5-packs at the same rate. For example, a $190/month 10-report member pays $19 for one extra credit or $95 for five. Add-ons do not raise the 10-report daily guarantee limit. Available after launch.
