Targeted ads / “sale” / “sharing” (current status)
Land Ops Desk does not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads) at this time.
If we enable advertising or retargeting in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide opt-out choices required by law.
Text messages and mobile information
Land Ops Desk may send non-marketing, account-related text messages when you specifically request or consent to them, such as a requested account credit-balance message. Message frequency depends on the service requested. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any Land Ops Desk product or service.
We do not share mobile phone information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. SMS opt-in records and consent are not sold or provided to unrelated third parties. They may be processed only by vendors and messaging providers that help us operate and support the text-messaging service.
6) Your choices
You can manage communications and request privacy actions where applicable.
A) Email and marketing
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in the email. Even if you opt out, we may still send non-marketing messages (like service notices or support replies).

C) SMS and text-message choices
You may opt out of Land Ops Desk text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected]. If you opt out, we will stop sending messages covered by that SMS program unless you later opt in again.
