This policy covers how Land Ops Desk handles information in the United States.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, forms, email, and other channels where we link or reference this policy (the “Services”).

It does not cover websites or services we do not control. If you click a link to another site, their privacy policy applies.

We collect information you provide and information collected automatically when you use the site.

Land Ops Desk does not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads) at this time.

If we enable advertising or retargeting in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide opt-out choices required by law.

Text messages (if enabled)

We do not currently run SMS campaigns for this business. If we enable SMS texting in the future, we will only send texts when you provide your number and consent where required. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not knowingly disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your consent, unless permitted by law.

Nevada residents: Nevada law provides a limited right to opt out of certain sales of personal information. You can submit a request by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Nevada Opt-Out”.

8) Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13.
